Afordonz Consulting is recruiting to fill the position of:
Assist the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director in ensuring a clean and conducive office environment
General office administrative tasks like filing of document
Assist with travel arrangement of national and international staff
Assist with purchasing of office supplies and assisting the Personal Assistant to the MD during company events, staff meetings and companywide retreats.
Use Microsoft word and Excel
Assist in monitoring cleanness of the entire office, including lunch-room and meeting rooms and report where necessary action needs to be taken.
Qualification and Requirements:
Candidate must possess a minimum of OND in a related discipline.
Must not be more than 27 years old.
Must be computer literate.
Must be analytical, sincere and confidential.
