    Product Manager - Valve

    Responsibilities

    • Reporting to the Head of Sales, PMD, this person will develop and increase the Company's market share and growth of control valves, regulators and actuation products in Nigeria.
    • The product manager will work across the organisation to influence and promote the valves and actuation business including direct selling, training, coaching, pricing and inventory planning assistance for our target market segments.

    Qualification

    • This position requires an individual with an Engineering (instrumentation) degree or its equivalent with 5 to 10 years experience in product management, sales and marketing.

    Skills required

    • Experience in Control Valves, Regulators and Automated Ball Valves is a pre-requisite.
    • The person must have relevant business experience and product knowledge in the oil and gas industry.
    • Financial acumen, marketing and negotiation skills are a requirement.
    • Flexibility and willingness to travel to locations as required to execute job responsibilities.

    Responsibilities

    • Reporting to the Head, Sales & Marketing PMD, this person will be responsible for maximizing Company business prospects (including all products, services and agency products) with major clients in order to generate revenue for profitable growth year on year.

    Qualification

    • A relevant degree in Electronics/Instrumentation with a good knowledge of Process Control Automation systems and field instrumentation is a pre-requirement for this position.

    General Manager - Services PMD

    Responsibilities

    • This position is responsible for after sales support of Industrial products / Consumer Durables with P&L responsibility for a region.
    • Managing a team of 10 to 12 persons, the role requires people management skills and leadership qualities to formulate business strategy to transform existing service business into an independent business unit with P&L responsibility.
    • This person is required to ensure rapid growth of the business.

    Qualification

    • The ideal candidate must have a good first degree in Instrumentation/Electronics and be familiar with business systems like Oracle /SAP for management of orders, processes monitoring and control.
    • Six Sigma Certification is an added advantage.

    Skills required

    • The candidate must be technically and commercially competent; must have expertise in handling operations above $20 million. Must be familiar with latest ISO and Health & Safety standards in the process management industry.
    • Must have an excellent knowledge of process and standards in process automation.
    • Experience in handling large projects and extensive experience in managing factory / workshop operations, processes and procedures is a pre-requisite for this role.

    Operations Manager - Right Inspection Services

    Responsibilities

    • The Operations Manager will coordinate and manage all RIS operations at the base and customers' locations.
    • The candidate will ensure all operations are carried out safely at all times to avoid service quality issues.
    • Allocate human, equipment and material resources for optimal utilisation.
    • Introduce and develop new lines of business such as lifting, tank, rope access inspection.
    • Establish, set up and be fully responsible for functional business lines.
    • Identify and develop new opportunities with the client.
    • Responsible for equipment maintenance.
    • Conduct regular market analyses; deliver technical back-up during bidding and tendering processes.

    Qualification

    • The candidate must have a good technical university degree or HND.
    • At least 10 years experience in inspection is a pre-requisite.
    • The candidate must be certified to carry out and supervise oilfield inspection services (ASNT Level 2, IRATA, LEEA, Rope Access Certification) as minimum.

    Skills required

    • Good understanding of the Oil and Gas inspection business is required with an in-depth understanding of modern inspection techniques.
    • Excellent business, sales and marketing skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Good management skills.

    Metering Skid Facility Supervisor

    Responsibilities

    • Reporting to the GM Services, this person will be responsible for directing and coordinating activities of Production Department in the procurement of materials, the design and manufacture of oil and gas metering systems.

    Qualification

    • This position requires an individual with a Mechanical Engineering degree or its equivalent with 5 to 10 years experience in product management and manufacture.
    • Familiar with relevant international standards and codes of practice relating to metering systems
    • Certified to relevant Health and Safety standards Experience in management of a metering skid facility is a pre-requisite.

    Skills required

    • Must be competent in running a metering skid facility Ability to plan production operations, establish priorities and sequences for manufacturing activity to ensure production and quality of products meet specifications.
    • Participate in design review / contract review meetings. Ordering of fabrication materials Establishment of painting, hydro test and stress relief procedures.
    • Contract management with project management skills Proven record of revenue growth and customer service.
    • Financial acumen, marketing and negotiating skills. Computer Skills (Microsoft Office), 3D Autocad skills are a prerequisite Goal-oriented with ability to multi-task under pressure in fast-paced work environment.
    • Willing and able to work hours necessary to meet deadlines and respond to emergency demands.
