    Front-End Developer

    LOCATION: Ikeja, Lagos

     Job Description

    • Participate in the technical design of application systems.
    • Develop and implement application systems.
    • Assist in definition of project tasks: analyze and estimate duration.
    • Create comprehensive unit test plans and test cases.
    • Participate in design, coding, testing, implementation, and documentation of solutions.
    • Create and execute performance tests to ensure that expected application performance levels are achieved.
    • Design, code, test, debug, document, maintain, and modify computer programs of moderate complexity, significance, and risk.
    • Write documentation that describes installation and operating procedures.
    • Design and integration of reports to application using any reporting system.
    • Integrate front-end with server side for full process realisation

    Requirements

    To qualify for this role, the applicant must have:

    • Minimum of 1 year work experience in either WPF (Windows Presentation Forms), Angular, HTML5, etc.
    • BSc or HND in Computer Science or related discipline
    • Proficiency in good and modern interface design
    • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
    • Discipline for writing clean, readable codes.
    • Knowledge in C#
    • Proficiency in Crystal reports, Business Objects or Telerik Report
    • Good report design skills
    • Good front-end skills with HTML, CSS and JavaScript frontend frameworks will be an added advantage.
    • Good knowledge of SQL and scripting.

    JAVA Based Developer

    • Intermediate Relational Database skills and knowledge in industry best practices with building Java applications especially with full understanding of MS SQLServer

    Project Accountants

    The project accountant will be responsible for monitoring the financial aspect of projects.

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES

    • Guarantee timely reporting, budgeting, financial management and project forecasting
    • Maintaining all relevant income and expenditure for each project
    • Analyzing all project expenses and providing commentary
    • Looking after project records and contracts to ensure terms are adhered to
    • Reviewing current processes for management accounts preparation and streamlining across business
    • Liaising with auditors and vendors
    • Ensuring robust financial reporting across business

    Tendering and Bidding Specialist

    Details:

    DUTIES INCLUDE:

    • Assists in preparation and/or review of Tender Documentation Packages comprising of Instructions to Bidders, Contract Form, General Terms Conditions, Bid Forms, etc.
    • Assemble and maintain internal Procurement documentation relating to the tendering process, including recording management approval relating to tendering and contracting actions.
    • Maintains tender files and arranges their archiving upon Tender completion
    • Prepares tenders and standardized tender templates and documentation.
    • Develops the bid and tender strategy
    • Prepares initial tender documentation and coordinate obtaining the required approvals.
    • Maintains a list of qualified vendors, especially as related to planned tenders •
    • Compilation of various input to create a more complete tender proposal •
    • Liaises with the User Department on an ongoing basis with respect to Tender requirements and Tender status
    • Corresponds with vendors in conjunction with the tender process as required, i.e, non-disclosure agreements, confirmation of interest, etc
    • Capable of preparing Pre-qualifications, Tendering – Technical & Commercial Submissions, Contract/s Negotiation/Administration, Costing (cost analysis forecasting, budgeting and Change Management).
    • Prepares Tenders status reports and expected timelines on a regular basis and when requested.
    • Prepares correspondences to internal departments, bidders and contractors
    • Follow through successful acquisitions to completion

    REQUIREMENTS

    • First degree in Engineering or any relevant discipline.
    • Minimum Experience of 8 years cognate experience.
    • In-depth knowledge of EPC tender operations to Oil & gas companies is key (RFI’s, RFQ’s and RFP’s)
    • Understanding first principle of commercial and proposal packaging
