Job: Financial Executive

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Finance Executive is required to study the financial transactions made by the organization and prepare financial reports based on the available data.
• Finance Executive needs to share the financial reports with the senior company officials.
• Finance Executive may be required to suggest ways of improving the company’s financial condition after reviewing the financial reports.
• Finance Executive is required to work on the finance software installed to record the financial transactions.
• Finance Executive is required to key in the details of the various financial transactions made by the company officials in the software.
• Finance Executive needs to prepare financial statements.
• Finance Executive is involved in providing inputs while the senior company officials plan the budget.
• Finance Executive is also involved in preparing finance policies and processes for the company.
• Finance Executive needs to determine the financial requirements of the company.
• Finance Executive is required to look for ways to raise the company’s funds.
• Finance Executive is involved in managing the fixed assets of the company.
• Finance Executive is also required to manage the company’s working capital.
• Finance Executive is also given the task of controlling the company’s funds.
• Finance Executive is required to prepare the annual accounts for the company.
• Finance Executive needs to perform internal finance audits from time to time in order to ensure that the company finances are being managed appropriately.
• Finance Executive is required to review and upgrade the financial plans from time to time.

Job: Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Coordinate production schedule and implement adjustment where needed
• Prepare orders, set quality standards and estimate timescales and costs
• Manage human and material resources to meet production targets
• Make decisions about equipments use, maintenance, modification and procurement
• Implement Standard Operating Procedures(SOP) for production operations and ensure strict adherence
• Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures
• Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives
• Give daily and monthly production reports with suuggestions for improvements as necessary
• Manage production budgets and implement cost control programs
• Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management
• Ensure reduction in material wastage(raw material, consumables and packaging)
• Ensure production practices conform to GMP, HACCP and other requirements of water safety and quality legislation
• Any other duties as assigned (Special projects)

QUALIGICATION/REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years experience in manufacturing operations
• 2+ years experience in a supervisory capacity
• Bachelors degree required
• Project Management
• Environmental/ Industry analysis

COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Managerial and leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills(Oral and written)
• Strong understanding of core demand management process and understanding of forecasting heuristics
• Excellent reasoning and decision making ability
