Job Responsibilities:

• Made bookings and reservations for clients in accordance to their routes and preferences
• Adviced clients on flight routing and made bookings accordingly
• Issuance of E-tickets to clients in a timely manner as requested
• Logistics provision for clients as requested
• Pick off and drop off of expatriates as requested
• Organizing tours and vacations as requested by clients both local and international
• Updated clients on every new information as it concerns airlines and hotels as per requested
• Worked in alliance with hotels’ and airlines’ contacts to aid fast track of reservations and bookings
• Kept a proper record on every flight details and hotel as requested by clients and local staff
• Provided on ground support for expatriates as requested
• Performed other related duties as assigned by my supervisor

Requirement:

• Bsc degree Holder in a reputable Institution.
• Young and Vibrant
• Excellent communication skill (oral and writing)
• Excellent usage of Microsoft office suite and corel draw
