    Customer Service Co-ordinator

    Ref: PPD
    Location: Ikeja, Lagos

    Job Description

    • Handle walk- in customers at MC service center
    • Update CRM & ERP
    • Engineer co-ordination
    • Customer follow up.

    Requirements

    • BSc, HND in Customer Service or related field.
    • Total experience of 4 - 5 years in customer service.

    Remuneration
    The compensation package offered will commensurate with educational qualification, work experience and industry standards.
