    EHSSQ Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Job exists to offer operational support to the Environment Health Safety Security and Quality (EHSSQ) Lead. The role is responsible for monitoring and controlling all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) matters related with project team members and contractors while ensuring that the project is in compliance with the project requirement i.e. specification, safety code and other policies/guidelines related to the project.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities
    EHSSQ Management & Monitoring:

    • Responsible for the supervision and co-ordination of EHSSQ activities on ENYO sites.
    • Participate in compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessments to support Health, Safety and Environmental management.
    • Assist in the compliance of applicable laws and regulations.
    • Maintain positive and proactive relations with Leads and employees, as well as our customers and regulatory agencies.
    • Carryout quality checks on building materials and specifications, installations and work finishing’s
    • Supervise underground storage tank cleaning, integrity tests and calibration exercises

    EHSSQ Compliance & Reporting:

    • Observe HSE regulations, wears all required safety equipment, encourages safe working practices, corrects obvious hazards immediately or reports them to the EHSSQ Lead.
    • Maintain relevant HSE, quality logs and documentation.
    • Participate in detailed incident investigations and root Cause Analysis
    • Promote incident prevention for the benefit of employees and visitors.
    • Ability to work with employees and achieve cultural change in the face of potential resistance
    • Comply with all Company and EHSSQ procedures and policies.
    • Report all defective materials, poor installations and finished works

    Requirements
    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.

    Knowledge Requirements:

    • Knowledge of HSE legislation and standards, Cost Management and Control,
    • Knowledge of Occupational Health, Safety and Security at Work
    • Downstream Business Awareness
    • Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
    • Quality Assurance & Quality Control
    • Knowledge of HSE Management Plan, HSE Management Procedure, Environmental Management Procedure, Potential Risk Register, Potential Risk Mitigation Plan, HSE Audit Plan/Procedure, etc.
    • Excellent use of IT (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, other IT tools).

    Builder

    Job Summary

    • To provide operational and technical direction on direct engineering projects, technical guide to site Engineers and trainee Engineers Responsible for the supervision, monitoring and site co-ordination of direct engineering projects in ENYO Retail.
    • Job entails site visits, data gathering, project designs and reviews while ensuring that projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, to-specification and in the safest manner possible.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities
    Site Management:

    • Responsible for developing project scope of works, project work schedule, Bill of Quantities and materials specification.
    • Responsible for performing pre-commissioning, testing and systems commissioning activities as related to all projects.
    • Ensure all material supplied and Installed meet or surpass ERS quality standards on all assigned projects
    • Provide technical reports and documentation of field data on all projects.
    • Manage man-power resources under control (trainee Engineers, Technicians, instrument fitters and contracted workers).
    • Manage project cost within budget and ensure cash advances are handled appropriately, with requisite retirement documentation, in line with BOQ.
    • Carryout field/site installations to safeguard company personnel and equipment and to protect the assets of the company.
    • Responsible for ensuring no environmental degradation or damage as it carries out project activities.
    • Protect and boost the company’s image, credibility and reputation through professionalism and quality project delivery.
    • Follow up on all contractors to ensure delivery of supplies and services based on their purchase order and or contracts with the company.
    • Adhere strictly to company policies, guidelines and regulations on project management, finance, procurement and staff matters.
    • Ensure that all safety requirements, documentation and processes are fully available, visible and adhered to on assigned sites.
    • Project Site startup and completion with agreed schedules and timelines.

    EHSSQ Monitoring:

    • Participate in the day-to-day alignment with company policies including adherence to the security accreditation and health and safety requirements.

    Requirements
    Education:

    • Minimum of a BSc or HND in Civil or Building Engineering or related field.
    • Project Management Training or certification

    Knowledge Requirements:

    • Strong analytic skills in an Engineering and Construction environment
    • Knowledge of Engineering principles and code of practice
    • Experience in site activities as per Engineer’s discipline
    • Knowledge of HSE legislation and standards, Project management
    • Engineering economics and cost effectiveness
    • Innovative and consistent Re-engineering expertise.
    • Excellent use of IT (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, other IT tools).

    Credit Controller

    Job Summary

    • Responsible for monitoring cash flow in the company, managing bank accounts, maintaining financial records, performing banking operations, providing financial advice to the company and handling the cash management system.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities

    • Create procedures and policies that ensure timely payments while maintaining a high level of customer retention
    • Send out monthly customer account statement and follow up on acknowledgment within stipulated time.
    • Identify changes in customers’ payment pattern and propose action to avert indebtedness to the company and negotiate re-payment plan
    • Evaluate new credit requests and review customers’ credit rankings with banks
    • Produce weekly aging analysis of debtor
    • Set up terms and conditions of the receivable and payable balances
    • Ensure timely payment of outstanding customer invoices.
    • Ensure zero impairment on receivable balance
    • Confirm receipt, allocate and reconcile payments to customers’ accounts
    • Ensure all relevant credit notes on sales invoices are duly raised and approved
    • Resolve queries both internal and external around outstanding invoices
    • Handle disputed bills and negotiate to bring payment within the agreed terms
    • Post and allocate daily receipts to accounting systems

    Key Performance Indicators:

    • Timely submission of all assigned reports
    • Interpersonal skills in liaising with the banks and other stakeholders
    • Must manage bank relationships to drive excellent service
    • Ensure accuracy of data for monthly management reports
    • Quality of work must reflect professionalism and deep aspirations for best practice.

    Requirements
    Education:

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance or related field.
    • Post Graduate degree in Accounting and Auditing. ACA/ACCA preferable.

    Knowledge Requirements:

    • Knowledgeable of local tax regulations
    • Outstanding attention to detail with an ability to reconcile complex accounts
    • Accurate, efficient and organised with the ability to prioritise tasks as needed
    • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and accountancy software
    • Ability to maintain strong relationships with external clients and internal colleagues
    • Professional, confident and diplomatic when liaising with others
    • High-volume transaction experience in a Dynamics or similar environment Knowledgeable in IFRS.
