    Restaurant Supervisor

    Description:

    Job purpose
    To manage and oversee the efficient running of shifts in the restaurant and bar. To act as a part of the senior management team and undertake duty management as requested.

    Responsibilities are not limited to;

    • Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant.
    • Managing staffs and providing them with feedback.
    • Responding to customers complaints.
    • Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company’s uniform dressing standards.
    • To supervise and assist the restaurant staff on a daily basis.
    • To have excellent understanding and product knowledge of what you sell.
    • Ensure total customer satisfaction is achieved.
    • Taking responsibility for the business performance.
    • Organizing marketing activities such as promotional events etc
    • To take a keen interest in the current business situation and to bring in sound ideas to increase profit, decrease spending etc

    Experience: 2 - 5 years experience in similar role.
