    Human Capital / Admin Overseer

    Our client an indigenous Multi-Service, Strategic Innovations and Social Enterprise outfit seeks to fill the position of HUMAN CAPITAL / ADMIN OVERSEER in their Abuja Office.

    Requirements

    Successful candidates will be charged with the responsibility of overseeing and providing strategic Human Capital / Administrative direction for our enterprise community as well as perform other functions below:

    • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Developing a functional Human Resource Department.
    • Carry out Employee Skill Audit and HR Process Reengineering.
    • Headhunt potential employees across all levels.
    • Training of employees to improve performance.
    • Forecast future manpower needs and strategies to fill up future projection.
    • Building a pool of candidates to fill immediate vacancies.
    • Developing, revising, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
    • Carry out post training reviews to ensure training objective is achieved.
    • Ensure new recruits are properly onboarded.
    • Develop job descriptions for various positions.
    • Ensure proper correspondence between the company and business associates.
    • Ensure effective inventory, keeping and handling all materials.
    • Take care of logistics as it affects the organization.
    • A target driven mindset.
    • Decision making skills.

    Qualification

    • Not less than 5 years experience in similar position.
    • BSc Human Resources, Business Management or related field of study.
    • CIPM, CIPM or related professional qualification is a requirement.

    Bakery Manager

    OUR CLIENT A FAST GROWING BAKERY LOCATED IN DUTSE AREA OF ABUJA SEEKS TO FILL THE POSITION OF A BAKERY MANAGER.

    Requirements

    • Successful candidates will be charged with the responsibility of managing the day-to-day activities of the bakery, driving sales and must possess a strong ability to work independently couple with an excellent interpersonal skill.
    • Must possess a vast knowledge of NAFDAC compliance requirements / regulations.
    • Ensure freshness of all bakery items and food in a bakery.
    • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery premises.
    • Maintain and control inventory of baked items.
    • Ensure deliciousness in baked items to attract customers.

    Qualification

    • Not less than 7years experience in a core Bread production bakery.
    • HND/BSc in any field of study.
