Big Contractors was incorporated as a multifaceted company to provide a full range of engineering services in pre-construction planning, program management, construction management & general construction for the public and private sector in Oil and Gas (upstream and downstream), Power, Telecommunication, Aviation, Marine and General Construction.
We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Organize workflow to meet customer time frames
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Maintain customer databases
A University degree in any discipline
Knowledge of Project Management and Public Relations
Minimum of 2 years work experience.
Basic computer knowledge
Good written and oral communication skills with proven ability to create grammatically correct responses
Sound judgmental powers; ability to manage difficult customer situations, respond promptly to the needs of the customer, and solicit feedback to improve service
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, ability to multi-task; Persistent and supportive attitude
Ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances and to instill trust in others while upholding the values of the organization
Ability to relate with customers and handle telemarketing
Sound knowledge of telephone etiquette and excellent listening skills.
