    Graphics Designer

    Job Location: Ibadan

    Job Description:

    • Create book design and book layout from the conceptual phase to the final product. The books include educational textbooks, business books, creative books and magazines.
    • Use of intuitive creative skills, as well as familiarity with contemporary designs to create
    • book covers, catalogues, magazines, sales brochures, training materials, posters and much more – both for digital and print use.
    • Excellence in the use of Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw and other relevant design software.
    • Demonstration of skills and experience in book illustration too.
    • Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type-size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
    • Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
    • Ensure that printed books and documents meet quality and colour standards.
    • Brainstorm with the design team and creative writers to come up with new ideas, patterns
    • and styles
    • Participate in design briefs with clients, editors and/or marketers to identify their needs.

    Job Requirements:

    • Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio
    • Skilled in the use of industry leading graphic design software (In Design, Illustrator,
    • Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc)
    • Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
    • Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
    • Ability to work in a corporate environment with respect to time, costs, deadlines and job
    • ethics.
    • Must be committed to meeting tight deadlines.
    • Ability to multitask effectively and consistently on different projects at the same time.
    • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
    • Must be based in Ibadan

    • Maintenance of files and records.

    Executive Assistant

    The position is targeting young, experienced and skilled female applicants who can work effectively and efficiently as an executive assistant, with little or no supervision.

    Job Location: Ibadan

    Job Description:

    • Assist the CEO in administering daily responsibilities.
    • Help with the management of work schedule calendars, visits and work plans for the CEO to ensure optimal use of time and resources.
    • Develop and implement reports, memos and other analysis and communication materials for internal and external use using the Microsoft office suite Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
    • Develop and manage projects independently.
    • Using electronic calendars, the jobholder will be responsible for the maintenance of diaries, reviewing and responding to electronic mail for the Functional Head as required.
    • Execute other specific duties that may be assigned from time to time to achieve efficient administration.
    • Responsible for organizing extensive global travel arrangements for the Functional heads and other Regional visitors - transportation, hotels, letters of Invitation and visas in place.
    • Provide support to the CEO in coordinating/organizing conferences local and global, trainings, workshops and team-build events with professionalism.
    • Scheduling and implementing both internal and external business meetings.
    • Oversee the duties of entry staff and teamwork with senior staff.

    Job Requirements:

    • Ability to work for long hours under tight deadlines.
    • Ability to travel under short notice.
    • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant and similar roles is an advantage, but not compulsory.
    • Ability to develop content and concept notes across all thematics
    • Applicants must possess very good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, at expert level.
    • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills and a flair for preparing complex reports and paperwork.
    • Good command of software packages, ability to work with new packages and undertake basic database administration.
    • Ability to multitask effectively and consistently on different projects at the same time.
    • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
    • Must be based in Ibadan.
    • Must be female.
