    Our client, an international fleet management company launching into the Nigerian market has specialized in one niche area: delivering high standard tailor-made fleet solutions (Trucks) into some of the world’s most remote areas, in order to help keep their clients’ projects on track reliably, safely and cost effectively.  The company is seeking to position itself for strong profit growth and tremendous patronage in the Nigerian market by strengthening the management team with the appointment of an experienced business executive as: Stock Manager
     
     Reporting to the Operations Manager:
     
          Role
    You will be responsible for the management of consignment stock on client sites as well as stock on company sites.
     
    • You will be expected to control the process and paper work related to physical delivery of goods.
     
    • You will also ensure purchase orders match quotations, see to creation of delivery notes, and ensure they are duly signed
     
      JOB REQUIREMENTS
     
    •         Degree -qualified in Business Administration or a related discipline
    •         A minimum of  5 years’ cognate experience in a similar role
    •         Previous experience in warehouse/stock functions
    •         Strong leadership ability, attention to detail and a personal drive for results
    •         Sound knowledge and experience with computerized inventory systems
     
    This position is to be filled immediately. The remuneration and benefits available will be commensurate with the anticipated demands of the roles.
     
      
    Account Officer

          Reporting to the General Manager:
     
    •         You will be responsible for running the day-to-day accounting activities of the organization
     
    •         Handling account receivables, payables and petty cash
     
    •         You will also be ensuring that all taxes are promptly paid and process WHT and VAT, payroll deductions
     
    •       You will also be responsible for generating monthly reports and financial statements.
     
    JOB REQUIREMENTS
     
    •         Degree -qualified in Accounting or a related discipline.
    •         Professional accounting qualification ( ACA or ACCA) is relevant
             A minimum of  5 years’ cognate experience in a similar role
    •         Strong leadership ability, attention to detail, and a personal drive for results
    •         Knowledge of Lagos State tax policies and procedures

    Sales Manager

          Reporting to the General Manager:
          Roles
     
    • You will be responsible for building positive working relationships with new and existing clients and driving sales revenue through effective management
     
    • You will be expected to develop and maintain focused marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
     
    • You will be expected to evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data in order to implement marketing plan changes as needed. 
     
     JOB REQUIREMENTS

    •Degree -qualified in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline.
    • A Masters degree or an MBA will be an added advantage
    • A minimum of  10 years’ cognate experience in the transportation industry; ideally involved in the sale or purchase of trucks
    • Commercial acumen with experience in growing service businesses into profitable ventures
    • Strong leadership ability, attention to detail and a personal drive for results
    •  A proven track record of exceeding sales targets within the transportation industry
    • You will require detailed and up-to-date knowledge about the truck market to excel at this job

    Logistics Assistant

    Our client, an international fleet management company launching into the Nigerian market has specialized in one niche area: delivering high standard tailor-made fleet solutions (Trucks) into some of the world’s most remote areas, in order to help keep their clients’ projects on track reliably, safely and cost effectively.  The company is seeking to position itself for strong profit growth and tremendous patronage in the Nigerian market by strengthening the management team with the appointment of an experienced business executive as: Logistics Assistant
     
    Reporting to the Operations Manager:
     
    You will be responsible for import logistics, ensuring that order confirmations and performa invoices from suppliers are consistent with purchase orders raised.
     
     You will be responsible for coordinating delivery schedules with suppliers, issue all documentation related to the shipment
     
     You will also coordinate documentation with clearing agents to ensure timely customs clearance
     
       
    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    Degree -qualified in Business Administration or a related discipline.
     
    A minimum of  5 years’ cognate experience in a similar role.

    Sound knowledge and experience with the procedures and document requirements for import customs clearance and sea/air shipments.
