    Direct Sales Executive

    Description:

    • Always present  to assist and sell various travel solutions for the organization, also to ensure optimal level of customer satisfaction on every purchase and inquiry, willingness to comply with all sales objectives and directives.
    • Manage the sales of various travel products in a professional manner, Monitor all customer queries and ensure swift response to all issues.
    • Maintain an updated knowledge on all companies' new and existing products and services.
    • Good communication skills including persuasion, negotiation and closing skills.
    • Positive attitude.
    • Customer service and people skills.
    • Required candidate should possess relevant skills and experiences needed for the role.
    • Ability to make cold calls and negotiate deals over the phone.
    • Possess a good customer base and high social influence is a plus.
