    Our Client is an Abuja based infrastructure engineering company involved in a number of engineering and water resources development projects across the country. In line with our client's decision to ensure key roles are filled by suitably qualified candidates who have hands-on experience, the company is looking for exceptional individuals with proven integrity to fill the following vacant positions

    Executive Director


    Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and interfacing with Departmental Heads and the company's external stakeholders. The Executive Director will oversee the implementation of policies and annual strategic plans in order to achieve the company's mission, as well as managing personnel and financial resources. S/He will oversee entire organization including personnel, facilities, communication and fiscal management. In addition, the Executive Director will insure effective associate organization and use of financial resources.


    • Proven successful leadership and experience in marketing, administrative management, team building,
    • financial management and organisational development are essential.
    • The Executive Director will oversee all day-to-day operations
    • Be responsible for leading the execution of strategy
    • Lead the growth of core capabilities and platforms
    • Be responsible to set the vision, practices and measures that enable the delivery ofquality solutions to clients


    • The ideal candidate must be ready to have a long term commitment to the company
    • The ideal candidate should not be more than 35 years old
    • The ideal candidate should preferably be an Expatriate
    • Experience in Engineering/Technology and Management
    • Minimum of ten to fifteen years working experience
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationship with clients, government organisations and
    • professionals
    • Must be a confident and assertive team player with good communication skills and high proficiency in computer use and multi-media applications
    • Must possess strong leadership skills
    • Paying critical attention to details, and must have excellent quantitative analytical skills and be able to approach problems logically and creatively

    • Assist with posting and analysisof accounting transactions.
    • Accountingfor miscellaneous billings and collections of accounts receivable.
    • Reconciles cash accounts.
    • Review and audit general ledger entries for accuracy.
    • Assist with accounts payable services including monitoring financial transactions, aligning monthly spending with budgets, auditing and reconciling vendor invoice.


    • First degree in accounting or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years working experience and must be a proficient user of Peachtree accounting software.
    • Must be ICAN Certified
    • The ideal candidate should not be more than 40 years old

    Quantity Surveyor



    • Liaises with clients and vendors to negotiate all quotations
    • Advises on selection of the right combination of resources to execute contracts
    • Manages the whole cost structure related to projects
    • Reviews allfinal estimate packages to ensure accuracy and completeness, prior to formal quotation.
    • Participates in presentations to corporate management and clients.
    • Devises all budgets associated to projects related to cost and time implementation
    • Manages cost during project and carry out commercial post-mortem after the execution\
    • Responsible for project measurement and billing during construction
    • Responsible for tendering/quoting for all projects
    • Prepare BOQ and assist on preparing contracts
    • Determines the bid strategies required for the company to be successful as well as plan and coordinate and supervise large projects.
    • Assists corporate and project management teams to determine what types of projects to bid, strategies, techniques, etc.
    • Provides technical assistance in negotiating contracts, change orders, etc. as required.


    • A degree in Quantity Surveying or related qualification from a recognized institution.
    • Excellentorganizational, supervisory and decision making/problem solving skills essential.
    • The ideal candidate should have over 5 years experience in civil engineering and construction
    • infrastructure projects and also buildings, mainly involved in estimating and cost management
    • The candidate must be a team player with very good communication skill and willing to work to specific deadlines.
    • Ability to do estimating and billing using state of the art software tools

    Front Desk Officer



    • Call management in respect of all incoming and outgoing calls & Messages.
    • Data basing for critical Clients, vendors, suppliers and service-providers.
    • Stationery management, dispatch & courier database management.
    • To receive and attend toClients/Visitors and handle all reception related activity independently.
    • Provide word-processing and secretarial support and administrative services
    • Overseeing daily cleaning and general maintenance of the office.


    • Minimum of B.A/B.Sc or HND.
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in the same or similar position.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Must be computer literate, fast typing speed isan added advantage.
    • You must have a warm and pleasant personality.
    • You must be presentable and smart.
    • You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
