    Hotel Administrator

    Responsibilities:
    .     Book hotels reservations
    .     Arrange, manage and coordinate all aspects of hotel reservation to meet the specific needs of employers, employees and clientele within the organization
    .    Complete most work on-line, but may be required to visit certain destinations either before or during scheduled trips to prevent or troubleshoot issues that arise
    .    Be 'on call' beyond normal business hours in order to address any needs an employee or client may have
    .    Create detailed itineries using programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook to meet employer-specific budgets and deadlines
    .    Create and maintain relevant files and databases and stay in constant communication with employees, customers and hotels
    .    Be willing to work oftentimes under pressure with many different departments and varied clientele necessitating excellent interpersonal skills 

    Qualification and Experience:

    •         Management degree or other related disciplines
    •         Minimum 2-3 years prior experience in a related industry.
    •         Experience booking hotels both in Nigeria and Foreign countries is an added advantage
    •         Good IT Skills
    •         Leadership and decision-making abilities.
    •         Good organizational and financial skills.
    •         Good communication and Interpersonal skills
