Requirements
Must be able to interpret pipe drawings
Must be able to take measurements
Must be able to operate a cutting disk and a grinder.
Must be able to take on small-medium welding jobs
Ability to use manual and electrical dicing machines is a plus.
Requirements
Must have experience in the installation, commissioning and maintenance of CCTV cameras, Smoke detectors, Access Control, Sprinklers and other fire fighting/prevention gadgets.
Must be able to interpret drawings and take-off material
HND / Degree qualification in relevant discipline

Perfect knowledge of AutoCAD
Proficiency in fire fighting systems (Fire pumps, sprinklers, hydrants, hose reels etc.)
Knowledge of Water based/foam fire fighting systems
HND / Degree qualification in relevant discipline

Good Knowledge of Networking & Network infrastructure
Must have knowledge of EMS (Environment Monitoring System) or BMS (Building Management System)
Must have experience in the installation, commissioning and maintenance of CCTV & Access control.
Must have good knowledge of SNMP (Simple Network Monitoring Protocol) or MOD BUS protocol.
HND / Degree qualification in relevant discipline
Requirements
Coordinate the procurement of products/ services.
Delivering progress reports to the purchasing supervisor as often as possible.
Assist in negotiating the best prices with vendors.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of purchased goods.
Responsible for the preparation and processing of purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time.
Purchase and issue order in accordance to specification.
Plan and manage inventory levels of materials or products
Degree in Business Administration or any related field
Minimumof 3 years in a similar role
Requirements
Must have experience in catering for non Nigerian nationals
Ability to cook Lebanese cuisine is a plus.
Accommodation is provided.

Knowledge of Victoria Island and environs is a plus.
Minimum of SSCE.
