    Key Responsibilities

    • Preparing the required pre- shipment documentation for importation
    • Liaise with finance department and bank related importation transaction
    • Responsible to provide shipping document for post shipment importation team on time
    • Checking/vetting documents from suppliers.
    • Shipping document collection from bank.
    • The incumbent will be expected to handle document processing for all imports and related matters.

    Skills

    • Excellent in Microsoft excel
    • Good with numbers
    • Basic knowledge in importation
    • Strong analytical, communication skill
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
    • Professionalism, dependability, integrity combined with cooperative attitude
    • Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multi-task and complete assignment with time constraints.
    • Strong organizational skill and attention to details.
    • Applicants must be self-disciplined and methodical with an eye for detail. The preferred candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and numerical skills with ability to interact effectively with a variety of people at all levels.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum of B.Sc/HND in Business Administration,Procurement & Logistic and other social sciences.

    Experience: - Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience

    Salary Range – N70k – N80k
