    Financial Controller

    Responsibilities
    Responsible for ensuring the preparation of accurate and efficient financial and management accounts; adherence to statutory and regulatory reporting requirements as well as the administration and maintenance of the company’s general ledger system.

    Qualifications

    •     A  university degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, or any other related discipline from a reputable university plus relevant professional certification ( ICAN, ACA, CFA, ACCA, etc.)
    •     A post graduate degree (MBA, MSc) will be an added advantage
    •     8-10 years relevant experience in Finance, 5 of which should be at middle management level
    •     Sound knowledge of IFRS Accounting Policy
    •     Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications, i.e. MS Word, Excel, (Accounting application experience will be a major advantage)

    Head - Treasury, Funding & Issuance

    Responsibilities
    Responsible for  asset and liability, interest rate risk and liquidity risk management as well as all aspects of  the company's treasury functions including planning, directing, managing and controlling its activities. In addition, working with financial advisers, the person will be responsible for the implementation of debt issuances, related hedging strategies, pricing, designing and implementing all policies and procedures with respect to funding the operations of the organisation

    Qualifications

    •     A  university degree in any Finance related discipline  from a reputable university plus a post graduate degree (MBA, MSc, MA etc.)
    •     Relevant professional certification (ICAN, ACA, ACCA, CFA, etc.) will be an added advantage
    •     8-10 years  relevant experience in finance, 5 of which should be at middle management level.
    •     In addition, experience in coordinating debt issuances and related disclosure processes, preparing net cash outflow analysis
    •     Knowledge of pass-through securities, credit products, debt structuring, formulating issuance and hedging strategies will be a tremendous advantage
    •     Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications, i.e. MS Word, Excel, etc. at advanced level will be required

    Financial Institution Credit Analyst

    Responsibilities
    Responsible for credit risk analysis, implementation of credit policy, undertake risk assessment analysis and maintenance of uniform underwriting standards

    Qualifications

    •     A  university degree in any Finance related discipline  from a reputable institution, plus a post graduate degree (MBA, MSc, MA etc.)
    •     Relevant professional certification (ICAN, ACA, ACCA, CFA, etc.) will be an added advantage
    •     8 - 10 years  relevant experience in analysing banks or other financial institutions balance sheets, 5 of which should be at middle management level
    •     Extensive knowledge of credit assessment and structuring plus operational risk management; knowledge of market risk monitoring & control will be an added advantage
    •     Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications, i.e. MS Word, Excel, etc. at advance level will also be an advantage

    Responsibilities
    Responsible for directing and coordinating the company's human resources activities with regard to organisational development, performance and evaluation process, talent resourcing and management, HR policy formulation and administration as well as HR Integrated system.

    Qualifications

    •     A good university degree in Social Sciences or any other related discipline from a reputable university with relevant professional certification (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, etc.).
    •     A post graduate degree (MBA, MSc) will be an added advantage.
    •     8-10 years relevant experience in Human Resources, 5 of which should be at middle management level.
    •     Extensive knowledge of talent management, organisational development, Nigerian labour law, etc.
    •     Proficiency in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc., at advanced level); HR software application experience will be an advantage).
