    Fleet Supervisor

    Description:
    Ensure all delivery trucks are dispatched to plan Mechanical and electrical repair works, including timely preventive maintenance & service works, are processed (for both diesel and petrol vehicles) Required spare parts are ordered timely Repair works are done in order to reach a minimum downtime Safety and reliability of the vehicles is through maintenance and repairs ensured Timely renewals of insurances and registrations of all vehicles is processed Fleet data is analysed and audited Provide weekly and monthly reports Data for fleet audited is surveyed

    Job Description:
    An opportunity exists for a Demand Planner reporting to the Supply Chain Director. The successful incumbent will provide customers with a demand forecast on tactical and operational levels so that informed business decisions can be made.

    Process Costing Clerk

    Job Description:

    •     Compile information received from the brewing and packaging data capture sheets for all beer movement and quality measure into a standard template
    •     Capture performance data into relevant reporting system or format
    •     Assess production figures for sensibility and those that do not make sense are queried and rectified before preparing report
    •     Communicate beer loss reports and graphs to Brewing and Packaging Managers and display in relevant areas
    •     Actively participate in problem solving
    •     Actively participate in team meetings and daily transactions
    •     Manage stock through the use of stock identification boards and other concept
    •     Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
    •     Manage inventory of stock using IBIS and Syspro system
    •     Interpret monthly/weekly/daily Brewing Plan and support work teams
    •     Manage interface between Procurement, Suppliers, Brewing team, Finance and other functions
    •     Ensure daily/weekly/monthly reports are done as at when due
    •     Understudy and relief Brewing Raw Material Controller
    •     Perform any other tasks as assigned by Management.

    Requirements:

    •     Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in any Social Science/Science discipline.
    •     Relevant professional qualification.
    •     Basic Process/Brewing knowledge
    •     Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
    •     Strong computer skills
    •     Good communication skills, both verbal and written
