    Business Manager

    Job Description

    • To develop the Sales and capital budget for the region and be responsible for achieving same.
    • Implement policies, processes and incentive systems that will drive optimum performance among the sales team within the region.
    • To organize the sales force towards the achievement of the region Sales targets and objectives through the medical/sales reps.
    • To control, monitor, supervise and work with the medical/sales reps to achieve set targets.
    • To liaise with the Marketing department through the NBM execute marketing programs for the region.
    • To develop the company’s business evenly among the distributors, representatives and government institutions and parastatals in the region.

    Qualification and Experience
    Applicants must have:

    • B.Pharm, Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and Marketing is an added advantage.
    • 10 Years experience in Marketing of Pharmaceuticals.
    • Computer Literate
    • Must based in the Northern part of the country

    Human Resources Officer

    Job Description

    • Prepare pension and tax schedule for remittance.
    • Opening and management of employee (Personal) file.
    • Liaison with government and other institutions.
    • Registration of new staff on payroll; and deletion of exit staff as required.
    • Preparation and issuing of query, letters, memo as directed by Head, HR & Admin.
    • Prepare overtime sheet and employee payroll.
    • Arrange work attendance on daily basis.
    • Supervise the cleaning of offices and company premises.
    • Ensure accurate job description in every staff files.
    • Constant review of all employee files.
    • Provide logistics support during interview and training session.

    Requirements
    Applicants must have:

    • B.Sc, HND in Business Administration
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in HR/Admin.
    • Must be computer literate.
    • Presently working as a Human resources officer in a reputable organization
