SALARY:200k - 400K Depending on experience

• Excellent financial planning and risk management skills
• Produce annual budgets and monthly performance monitoring reports
• Produce monthly financial statements, cash flows and bank reconciliation and Age analysis reports
• Ensure optimal Corporate financial structure
• Experience in raising finance both short and long term
• Experience with SAP B1 ERP
• Liase with Tax authorities /consultants to achieve efficient tax structure and prompt returns to avoid penalties
• Organising annual audits.
• Compliance with all regulatory bodies both financial and operational.
• Ability to deliver results under pressure and take initiative. Any other task that may be assigned by the managing director relevant to this position.
