Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be charged with the responsibility of:

• Identifying investment opportunities as well as business risks.
• Preparing and managing of financial models.
• Examine and assess economic and market trends, earnings prospects, financial statements.
• Identifying indicators and factors that determine suitable investment strategies.
• Liaise with fund managers and network with industry professionals.

Requirements

• BSc Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
• MSc/ MBA Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline will be an added advantage.
• ACCA, ICAN certification will be an added advantage
• 5years experience in a similar role. (Foreign work experience will give you a boost)
• Solid understanding of financial set-up, procedures, statistics and economics.
• Strong analytical skills including the ability to read and assess both individual and company financial statements – profitability, cash flow and debt service capacity analysis and projections.
