    Marketing Communications Specialist

    Details:

    We have a client in the solar energy system looking out for a suitable Marketing Communications Specialist who can communicate with the public via social media angles, create and manage compelling marketing communications content and help drive marketing communications initiatives for the organization.

    Marketing Communications Specialist

     Responsibilities

    • Communicate the company’s brand value to the public.
    • Create and send regular newsletters with company updates.
    • Consistently grow the company’s online social media management.
    • Develop, implement and manage all promotional marketing     communications activity to achieve agreed objectives, including newsletter publishing, social media promotions, CNG brand awareness, online/offline advertising, direct marketing, exhibitions and events etc.
    • Manage external agencies on an ongoing basis for successful delivery of key projects to quality and budget measures.
    • Responsible for company and brand reputation management.
    • Develop & monitor the marketing communications calendar and budget.
    • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing communication strategies by looking at relevant metrics and making recommendations as necessary.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or relevant field
    • 5 years working experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist or similar role
    • Experience in an online publishing organization is an advantage.
    • Experience in developing and implementing strategic and tactical marketing initiatives.
    • Strong project management skills and an ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously.
    • Knowledge of Digital marketing; social media marketing (Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp etc.), email marketing, online advertising and SEO.
    • Creative individual with understanding of graphics.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Good presentation skills.

    We are currently sourcing for a Head of Sales with proven and notable achievement in Sales & Business Development, Client Relationship & Management and Brand Management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure that the business unit meets goals that contribute to the overall success of the company
    • Sales of solar energy distribution, analyzing market trends, training and mentoring of staff, creating and implementing strategies to reach targets and so on.
    • Consistently deliver on revenue targets and so grow a business unit.
    • Drive revenue, growth and market share.
    • Meet or exceed defined revenue targets.
    • Maintain a robust sales pipeline.

    Requirements

    • Strong leadership skills motivating a team to achieve results.

    • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales target.
    • Track record of leading and growing a business unit
