As part of our Global Management Development Program you will perform jobs on rotation assignments within various sales disciplines.

We’re looking for Futuremakers to join our Global Management Development Program, who:

Taking part in the Avaya Global Management Development Program will give you the opportunity to explore your potential as a leader through on-the-job learning and in-depth interaction with peers, trainers and leaders. 

The program is specifically designed for graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree from top colleges/ universities and at least 2 years of related work experience.
