    Job Description

    • Responsible for taking customer orders accurately and serving these orders
    • Ensures restaurants space is neat and presentable at all times
    • Assist with food preparation before the restaurant is open
    • Will run errands for head chef as need requires
    • Maintains a neat and professional demeanor in front of customers
    • Always friendly and happy to serve

    Job Requirements

    • High School Diploma, (OND/HND) holder in any field
    • 1-2 year experience working as a Waiter
    • Excellent command of English both oral and written
    • Savvy in the use of a computer and MS Docs
    • Strong knowledge on food presentation, meal courses etc.

    Skill Requirements:

    • Neatness and attention to details
    • Excellent customer service
    • Good team player
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Able to work productively with little or no supervision

    Head, Chef

    Job Description

    • Responsible for creating weekly menus for the restaurant
    • Manages kitchen assistants and waiters to ensure order and efficiency in the kitchen
    • Ensures food is prepared in good condition, by abiding with standard health and safety regulations
    • Is familiar with an array of dishes and can prepare them appropriately
    • Maintains a neat and tidy work space and ensures the kitchen is kept sanitized after each work day
    • Is responsible for drafting daily, weekly and monthly shopping list for raw foods and monitors usage
    • Is responsible for determining portion sizes and ensuring they are in line with agreed standards
    • Works with management to determine appropriate pricing for meals
    • Ensure wastage is curbed to the barest minimum
    • Prepares the kitchen for internal and external inspectors
    • Ensures all orders are fulfilled and gets feedback from customers
    • Ensures orders are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner
    • Develops and maintains a recipe book and updates as the need arises

    Job Requirements

    • 2-5 year experience working as a professional chef
    • ONDHND holder in any field
    • Evidence of training or certification is an added advantage
    • Excellent command of English both oral and written
    • Savvy in the use of a computer and MS Docs
    • Strong knowledge on food presentation, meal courses etc.

    Skill Requirements:

    • Neatness and attention to details
    • Good customer service
    • Good team player
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Able to work productively with little or no supervision
