    Administrative Officer II - Administration

    Details
    The Administrative Officers will be assisting in management of matters relating to the general administration of the College, covering of meetings, planning, organizing, and logistics of conferences, meetings and examinations, writing of memo, letters, examinations issues, accreditation issues and carrying out other administrative duties as m be assigned in the
    College Secretariat under the overall leadership of the Secretary-Genenral.
       
    Qualification, Experience and Skills

    • Candidates must possess a degree in French language
    • Master in Public Administration
    • Minimum of 2 yearS cognate experie in Administration
    • Membership with relevant Professional Associations is an added advantage
    • Must have excellent communication skins.
    • Applicants must be bi-lingual in French and English language.
    • Candidates must also possess the ability to know, interpret and apply the Public Service Rules and Regulations.
    • Evidence of effective job planning, staff management and control, good human relations plus high sense of responsibility are essential
    • Honesty, personal integrity and poise for hardwork are essential attributes
    • The ability to work well as part of a team in a multi-cultural environment
    • Good organisational and time management skills
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Must be Computer literate
    • Should not be above 35 years of age
