    Sales Executive

    Locations: Lagos, Rivers (Port-Harcourt), Abuja.

    Responsibilities

    • Promote and sell company Asset Creation (Loans/Lease) products to both individuals and corporates.
    • Research and follow-up on potential sales leads for the organization.
    • Follow up with existing clients and sustain long-term business relationships.
    • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
    • Answer customers’ enquiries and provide correct answers; creating positive customer experience.
    • Meet and exceed sales goals.

    Qualifications

    • Relevant Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.

    Experience:

    • Two years' relevant sales experience.
    • General awareness of services offered by the non-banking financial industry.

    Skills:

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Impressive sales capability.
    • Exceptional customer care focus.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Goal-orientation and self-starter.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
    • Dynamic.
    • Analytical and Strategic thinking.
    • Innovation/Creativity.

    Mode of Employment/Compensation

    • Contract Staff (with possibility of conversion to full staff based on performance).
    • A Combination of Competitive Base Pay Plus Commission dependent of target achievement.

    Responsibilities

      • Promote and sell company Asset Creation (Loans, Lease) products to both individuals and corporates via telephone calls.

    • Follow up with existing clients and sustain long-term business relationships.
    • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.

      • Follow-up with potential sales leads; cold-calls.

    • Answer customers’ enquiries and provide correct answers; troubleshooting and creating positive customer experience.
    • Meet and exceed all sales goals.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in relevant fields.

    Experience:

      • Minimum of 1 year relevant Telesales experience.

    • General awareness of services offered by the non-banking financial industry.

    Skills:

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Impressive sales capability.
    • Exceptional customer care focus.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 
    • Goal-orientation and self-starter.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
    • Adaptability to change.
    • Analytical and Strategic thinking.
