    Store Manager

    INDUSTRY: Hospitality

    Our client, a leading bakery company is currently seeking to recruit a STORE MANAGER would be in charge of leading and developing the store team, holding the team accountable for results, meeting company and store goals and objectives, overseeing and improving operations.

    Job requirements

    • Meet store sales targets and goals.
    • Create an awesome experience for all guests and team both in person and via phone and email
    • Create an efficient weekly staffing schedule
    • Train all store team members
    • Order all store inventory and products
    • Track store inventory daily, weekly and monthly
    • Verify delivery of products is accurate
    • Ensure team members are performing all of their duties
    • Interview, hire, schedule and train all store team members
    • Any other duties necessary to achieve successful store operations
    • Handle Social Media Enquiries and close sales

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

    • Proven experience as a store manager
    • Bsc/HND in any related field
    • Organized, results/goal oriented, and ability to multi-task
    • Ability to attract, hire, train, and retain a strong team

    Business Development Officer

    Our client a prestigious baking company is currently seeking to recruit a Business Development Officer who would be in charge of Implement product sale strategies on behalf of the company. With the aim of improving product sales and increasing our customer base.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Increase the brand's customer base by marketing and selling CY products on a weekly basis (marketing days and targets are to be agreed on with line manager).
    • Identify potential customers and create opportunities for their continuous patronage. Ensure there is continuous follow up, till they make a purchase.
    • Recommend products most suitable for the customer's stated occasion taking into cognizance their budget and menu.
    • Follow up on customer complaints and develop an action-plan (with the approval of your line manager) on the best approaches of meeting customer needs by liaising with concerned units for corrective action where necessary.
    • Design and implement multichannel campaigns through email, search and social media

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

    • 1 - 3 years experience in a similar role
    • Bsc/HND in any related field.
    • Proficiency in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).
    • Ability to learn, interpret & apply spreadsheets.
