Depot Accounts Supervisor at AMO Group

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure that all sales are invoiced on Tally and accounted for on a daily basis
• Maintain customer ledgers/Receivables
• Ensure daily bank lodgements are identified and posted corrcetly
• Perform bank reconciliation
• Maintain stock records and ensure that stock transactions documents are posted promptly and tally records agrees physically
• Create and review weekly stock and sales reports
• Maintain imprest system
• Maintain financial accounting register in their locations.  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• OND in Accounting or any related discipline with ICAN OR ATS certification
• Maximum of 1-3 years experience in related position
• Analytical Skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Good team Spirit
• Attention to details
