    Business Development Manager

    Industry: Travel Agency

    Resource Intermediaries Limited is currently recruiting for her client a prestigious travel agency located in Abuja for the role of a *Business Development Manager*

    Job Requirement

    • Generate new customer contacts each month to achieve personal sales goals
    • Create and deliver sales proposals each month to achieve personal sales goals
    • Oversee the end-to-end process of the deal, including strategy setting, sales presentations, proposal development, contract negotiation.
    • Keep potential clients informed of new products, services and operating changes
    • Coordinate sales operations with all other departments/divisions of the Company.
    • Maintain accurate records and up-to-date client information on all prospects, target accounts, and new clients through the company's CRM tool.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

    • Minimum 2 years sales experience (Travel Industry experience is an Advantage)
    • Bsc in any related field 
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales
    • Good Presentation skills
    • Previous experience in both short and long sales lifecycle.

    Customer Service Representative

    INDUSTRY: TRAVEL AGENCY

    Resource Intermediaries Limited is currently recruiting for her client a prestigious travel agency located in Abuja for the role of a Customer Service Officer.

    Job requirements

    • Communicating with clients and customers about their experiences with a product or services.
    • Providing advice on purchasing products or services.
    • Answering client or customer questions about properly using or accessing a product or service
    • Taking or processing orders for a product or service
    • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
    •  Respond to queries via telephone, email or live chat.
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

    Minimum Qualification

    • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
    • Bsc/HND in any related field
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
