    Sales Support Officer

    Job Description/Requirements

    • Preferably Female candidate experienced in Customer care services
    • Minimum 3 to 5 Years of Experience
    • Candidates preferably from Lekki and Surulere
    • Responsible to handle walk-in customer to their showroom
    • Responsible to convert the showroom walk-ins into sales
    • Knowledge in Quick books software
    • Building customer data base based on the walk-ins

    Personal Assistant to Director

    We are URGENTLY sourcing for Personal Assistant for one of our Client in Ikeja.

    Location- Lagos

    Requirements

    Education: High grade diploma or HND in  Secretarial Administration, Business Administration or Public Administration.

    Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Secretarial Office with similar responsibilities.

    Personal Disposition: Very hardworking, industrious and very pleasant and amiable.

    Duration: 3 - 4 months

    Job functions:

    • Taking note of correspondence and transcription of same.
    • Supervising filing of confidential documents and correspondences.
    • Treating incoming and outgoing mails.
    • Typing manuscript of presentations and personal correspondence of the Director.
    • Replying to letters which do not fall within policy decision.
    • Making telephone calls to other outside contacts on behalf of the Director receiving telephone messages and providing necessary services to official visitors.
    • Booking appointments, remind the Director of important appointments/engagements.
    • Maintain efficient Secretarial office in order to assist the Director in the running of the office.                                                                                     
    • Supervision of subordinates.                       
    • Welfare administration
    • Other tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned in the department
