Job Description:

•     Coordinate of supply department activities.
•     Planning the delivery of production parts to assembly line in accordance with the schedule of production.
•     Receive all incoming production parts and materials keep stock until required for use.
•     Carry out periodic inventory and ensure that a minimum stock of materials is maintained.
•     Identify staff annual training and submit proposal.
•     Maintain a list of approved materials and parts suppliers.
•     Receive purchase requests and prepare purchase order for items requested.
•     Coordinates clearing of 510 parts at the ports and arrange transportation to the factory
•     Carry out other duties that may be assigned to him by the General Manager.

Job Requirements:

•     Qualification: BSc/HND in Transport and Logistic Management, Mechanical or Electrical Electronics Engineering
•     Competence: 3 years experience in store keeping.
