    Project Services Lead


    Main Functions

    • Manage the project business services and contracting and materials management organization and functional interfaces through the Execution Stage.
    • Manage the overall project Cost & Schedule process, including implementing effective project controls and reporting across the project
    • Provide project monitoring information and metrics to ensure alignment with plans, project controls and Project Objective and Strategy

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Promote and ensure the application of the Company Capital Projects System. 
    • Assist deliverables development and provide Project Team (PT) leadership during the Select and Define Stages of their assigned project

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management

    Quality Team Coordinator (Drilling)


    Main Functions

    • Provide functional guidance to and coordinate Drill Team Quality Representative (DTQR) network activities
    • Ensure DTQRs are oriented to the Drilling Quality Management System and have the necessary tools and support needed to achieve Drill Team objectives.

    • Thorough knowledge of sound quality assurance practices. Abreast of best practices and latest technology in meeting minimum industry standards and specifications (such as API Standards, API Spec Q1, API Spec Q2, ISO 9001, American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT), National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE), etc.) for manufacturing, inspecting, transporting, installing, maintaining and storing oilfield equipment.
    • Extensive knowledge of ASNT inspection practices.
    • Extensive knowledge of T.H. Hill DS-1 drill string inspections.
    • Completion of ISO 9001 Lead Course
    • Experience and extensive knowledge of oilfield Drilling and Completions Engineering or Operations.
    • Experience with Rig Equipment and related operations.
    • Good self-motivation and the ability to influence others without authority (Drill Team, Quality Team, and Service Providers).

    Security Coordinator

    Main Functions

    • Leads implementations of security program at a site or a group of sites in accordance with regulatory requirements and the organization’s security processes, including Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS) requirements and Global Security Recommended Practices.
    • Mentors other security personnel on site and develop training roadmaps and plans to further develop individual security competencies of site security personnel.
    • Apply an in-depth understanding of the security process and business operations to solve routine issues independently
    • Demonstrate security leadership by collaborating on cross-functional teams to solve complex security issues across business and service lines and or geographical regions.
    • Becomes a subject matter expert in site security operations for sites within the operating portfolio.

    Offshore Operations Lead

    Main Functions

    • Manage and administer offshore installation execution teams (on-vessel management teams).
    • Responsible for offshore installation execution quality and Management of Change (MOC) technical endorsement
    • Responsible for installation vessel staffing

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Controls Operations related expenditures, participates in the development of the Operations budget for equipment and facilities in liaison with management

    • 10+ years’ experience in a supervisory position, preferably in an offshore platform
    • Familiar with maintenance work control, contracting, budgetary and cost control procedures.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and common E-mail systems
    • Fluent English
    • Good interpersonal relation and managerial skills to analyze and solve problems onsite within his capacity.
    • Should be able to handle offshore emergencies as an on-site team leader
    • Exercises a high degree of discretion in deciding work priorities and uses initiative to resolve technical and administrative problems.

    Drilling Logistics Supervisor

    Main Functions

    • The Drilling Logistics Supervisor, as part of the Projects, Drilling & Exploration Procurement group, has overall responsibilities for providing logistical and materials management services.
    • Manages the day-to-day logistical business, including, but not limited to, implementing logistics strategies, supervising drilling logistics contractor staff, material control functions, inventory management, and coordinating material movements to offshore or onshore rig locations
    • The drilling supervisor works under the day-to-day direction of the Drilling Operations Superintendent in the country and is responsible to the Drilling Superintendent for functional matters.

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Receives Drilling Programs for each Rig / Well to determine / list equipment /tools/materials requirements according to Drilling Instructions / Equipment Allocations and ensures satisfying sites daily requirements.
    • Maintains appropriate and safe storage of the Company's owned drilling equipment/tools and ensures timely replenishment through purchase/fabrication/ repairs by contracted companies.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Minimum 20 years working experience in supply and logistics, preferably in international frontier operations
    • At least 10 years’ experience working in Operations, preferably Drilling support activities and related materials, equipment and services
    • Associates Degree plus formal training mechanical trades
    • Experienced in starting up new operations in a truly remote frontier region
    • Experience in material handling equipment (cranes, forklifts)
    • Must be able to demonstrate sound ethical practices in the supervision of local labor, inventory control, oil field accounting, and contract administration
    • Strong analytical and communication skills; Good interpersonal / team skills
    • Must be extremely flexible and adaptable to various working and living conditions

    Geophysical Quality Control

    Main Functions

    •  A Geophysical Quality Control Representative who has knowledge of geophysical acquisition techniques, industry Safety, Health, and Environmental (HSE) standards, seismic equipment operations and positioning, Company reporting requirements, and an awareness of Company Operation Integrity Management System (OIMS) procedures, and has demonstrated skills in effective communications, interface management, auditing and assessing operations, and problem solving.
    • Provide guidance and oversight to a team of QC’s who oversee geophysical vendor field operations 

     Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Must be familiar with geophysical site investigation acquisition, processing and interpretation including high-resolution seismic surveys, sub-bottom profiler surveys, multi-beam echosounder surveys, and side scan sonar surveys.
    • Must be familiar with the sampling and preservation of water column, surficial and near surficial sediments for environmental, geochemical or geological/geotechnical purposes
    • Must be familiar with controlled amplitude and controlled phase processing geophysical data
    • Must be familiar with the latest geophysical processing techniques including broadband processing, data reconstruction, and noise attenuation
    • Must be familiar with data delivery and reporting standards

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a geophysical or geotechnical field required.
    • Minimum of 20 years geophysical field experience;
    • Must have leadership ability and skills to monitor and advise on all aspects of geophysical data acquisition, including SSH&E, logistics, operations, instrumentation, equipment, recording, and positioning
    • Must have excellent communication skills, possess a high level of integrity, and willingness to build trust and accountability in inter-personal relationships while working in a team setting

    • Assist the Drill Team’s drilling and completion operations by developing and stewarding the Drill Team Quality Plan, including quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) functions, throughout planning and execution of well construction activities

    Enviromental Scientist

    Details:

    Main Functions:

    • Provide guidance and advice on Technical, Operational, and Safety, Health and Environmental (HSE) Security aspects of environmental data collection during field operations.
    • Collection and analysis of environmental samples and data
    • Will be required to act as Marine Mammal Observer (MMO) or Protected Species Observer (PSO) during the seismic operation. A MMO/PSO shall be the individual who keeps watch for mammals during seismic operations.

      • Must be well versed in HSE practices and processes for field operations
      • Must have strong knowledge of sampling and preservation of water column, surficial and near surficial sediments for environmental, geochemical or geological/geotechnical purposes
      • Must be trained at observing and identifying marine mammals or in compliance with the most recent Joint Nature Conservation Committee (JNCC) guidelines (or other standards defined for the area of operations)

    • Must have excellent communication skills, possess a high level of integrity, and willingness to build trust and accountability in inter-personal relationships while working in a team setting
    • Must be fluent in both written and spoken English
