Job Summary

• In-depth understanding and hands-on application of Gas Compressors, related tools, Compressors, related tools, handling equipment and other Ingersoll Rand (IR) products to provide solutions to clients in the IOCs, EPC Companies and other profitable companies.

Person Specification

• A Mechanical Engineering graduate of a tertiary institution
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Business Development/Technical Sales in the Upstream subsector of the Oil and Gas industry.

Key Competencies Required:

• Handling equipment and other IR products
• Intelligence gathering skills
• Meet sales target
• Good working knowledge of the Nigerian Oil Industry (Upstream sector)
• Proven business contacts in the Upstream sector of Nigeria’s oil and gas industry
• Proven track record of winning businesses
• Proven account management experience in the Upstream sector of Nigeria’s Oil and Gas industry.
• Self-motivated
• Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills
• Proven experience of working with minimum supervision.

Person Specification

• Minimum of first degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, and Arts and relevant professional qualification in e.g. ACCA, CIBN, CIB, MCP. Familiarity with operational, financial and quality assurance procedures is required. A Masters degree in Management will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in microfinance of which 5 Years should be in a managerial capacity. Good understanding of the compliance function in a micro finance establishment is also required.

Key Competencies Required
Risk Management:

• Develop the Enterprise Risk Management Policy for the bank
• Set a risk and compliance framework for the firm in line with our principles and culture.
• Proactively Guide the integration of enterprise risk management with other organizational planning and management activities.

Compliance Function:

• Act as the banks Compliance Officer I relating with regulatory bodies e.g CBN, NDIC etc
• Perform regular control on KYC/AML for account opened in branches
• In-charge of Pol_Pro_GUIDE and must ensure its regular updates in all the branches.
• Work with IT to ensure full compliance of monthly reporting of lending activities to the Credit Bureau.
• Attend Board Audit and Risk Committee meetings and any other duty assigned by Management.

Key Competencies Required:

• In-depth understanding and hands-on application of different types of valves (ball, gate, check, globe, butterfly, etc)
• Identify application areas on client sites and make an appropriate proposal on the benefits and usage of the products.
• Identify and recommend as most appropriate, technical assistance for key customers
• Prospect for and acquire new and financially viable high-volume customers.

Job Summary

• The Electrical engineer will develop new electrical systems for various applications.
• He/She would be responsible for developing system specifications and layouts and also test the systems and make adjustments as needed.
• In addition, He would provide support throughout the sites construction processes.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for those reporting to you by clearly communicating the mission, goals and values of the company .
• Ensure work performed by all technicians is of good workmanship and compliant with current local codes.
• Review the performance of those reporting to you. Provide coaching, technical training, etc. to help your managers improve their performance
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
• Perform weekly /monthly safety & quality control inspections
• Troubleshoot technical issues for his team Provide technical assistance for other staff as necessary
• Attentive to emails and phone calls from management and the office
• Support the design process and permit submittal
• Assist and support the operations (technical and admin) team
• Conduct site audits for new projects
• Support or supervise field teams and installation progress

Qualification and Skills

• Minimum of B.Sc/HND degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable institution with at least 5years experience in a similar role
• Experience in the solar industry is an added advantage.
• Candidate is expected to consistently display strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be a detail-oriented time manager with the ability to meet deadlines and focus on project schedules.
• Must possess organizational, leadership, and creative skills.
• Must have a Project management concepts – from scheduling to meeting deadlines, and should be able to adhere to project management guidelines and processes.
• Must have knowledge of electrical codes and should be able to use CAD on a daily basis.
• Must be experienced in collecting and analyzing data
