    District Manager

     

    Job description
    To leverage capital and people resources in order to enhance sustainable growth in brand equity, sales volume and market share, competitive advantage and corporate reputation through:

    •     Developing a market potential study collated and analysed for the District to maximize sales volume and exploit distribution opportunities
    •     Developing and aligning District Route to Market (RtM) plan to the national strategy
    •     Aligning the district brand and channel plans with the Marketing strategy
    •     Developing and and aligning a  Sales and Distribution strategy for the district
    •     Developing and managing budgets
    •     Managing the distribution function of a depot
    •     Managing a team

    Desired Skills and Experience

    •     A Degree in a commercial field
    •     Minimum 5 years in a Sales / Operations / Marketing Management position in the FMCG market
    •     Experience in managing both sales and distribution
    •     Good negotiation skills
    •     Good communication skills
    •     Good computer skills
