    Quality Control Supervisor

    Job Roles

    • Evaluate, organize and co-ordinate the Quality Control Operations across the factory.
    • Ensure compliance to Personal Hygiene, Good Housekeeping and GMP within the factories.
    • Assess and monitor receipt of packaging and raw materials into transit store and production areas.
    • Conduct QMS and Food Safety Audit of total company at stipulated intervals
    • Conduct Good Housekeeping Practice and GMP Audits at least once per month for all departments and sections
    • Organize, direct, monitor and supervise line inspectors on assigned tasks.
    • Ensure the availability of CoC / CoA / MSDS at the point of use.
    • Liaise with Production Supervisors and Equipment Department personnel on issues impacting on product quality.
    • Ensure the calibration of all measuring equipment as stipulated
    • Monitor and check returned products and ensure it is immediately documented and clearance paper should be given to the complainant.
    • Ensures all Quality Control records and documents are updated and intact.
    • Ensure proper documentation of Quality Control activities as stipulated.
    • Ensure proper conduct of direct reports (Quality Control Officer)
    • Ensure the quality of cleaning and sanitizing processes of food contact materials and equipments.
    • Liaise with process owners on timely submission and resolution of Nonconformance
    • Ensure non-conforming products are quarantined, tested and taken through the control of nonconforming materials and products procedure
    • Monitoring of all identified CCPs and OPRPs in their work area and alert immediately management when critical limits are exceeded
    • Ensure Compliance to QMS, Food Safety Requirements and all Statutory and regulatory Requirements
    • Submit activity register and weekly reports.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of Bachelors Degree
    • 5 years Previous experience
    • Related Professional certification is an added advantage.
