Responsibilities:

• Identifying new sales leads
• Pitching for products
• Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
• Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
• Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decision about purchasing
• Locate and propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
• Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with Group Director to achieve revenue goals
• Eager to expand company with new sales, clients and territories
• Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
• Keep healthy relationships with clients , this mostly requires socialization
• new products from idea to ready to use
• Planning and overseeing new market initiatives
• Attending conferences, meetings and industry events
• Preparing power point presentations and sales displays
• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s product and services
• Developing quotes and proposals
• Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email and in person
• Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
• Training sales team members and helping them develop their skills
• Prepare end day reports
• Acquire in depth knowledge of our applications and solutions

REQUIREMENTS:

• B.Sc/HND Graduate
• Have flair for Sales & Marketing
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience
• Female candidates preferred

Responsibilities:

• Creating, managing and disbursing reports related to the project
• Maintaining project assets, communications and related database(s)
• Evaluating and monitoring the overall project
• Reviewing and reporting the project’s budget and finances
• Routinely performing complete or component analysis
• Notifying the entire project team about abnormalities or variances
• Manage project financials such as invoice tracking, forecasting and project budget.
• Prepare project documents and status reports.
• Support project management phases such as planning, execution and result monitoring.
• Coordinate project activity and facilitate staff and matrix partners’ meetings.
• Develop and maintain policies relating to department operations.
• Offer technical assistance to associates and represent director in task committees.
• Review project analysts’ work for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage project aspects such as work plan guidance to project team and monitor quality assurance of project implementation

REQUIREMENTS:

• B.SC/ HND
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
