    Customer Service Listing & Recruitment

    Details:

    The 2019 intake of customer service professionals for certification, listing and recruitment starts March 5, 2019.

    The listing of certified CX professionals on the Associations website with a view to recruitment is the clearer route to customer service engagement across the region.

    DETAILS

    • Engagement is in three form:
    • Offline Recruitment
    • Online Recruitment
    • Virtual Assistant Recruitment
    • Listing is for Customer service trained personnels with 1-3 years experience in customer service.
    • Ability to speak one international language and one native West African language.
    • Must not be more than 32 years of age as at 1st of April 2019.
    • Reside in any of the West African countries and be available to travel.
