    General Manager

    QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication or any Social Sciences from a reputable institution
    • MBA would be an added advantage.
    • A veteran Broadcaster with a minimum of 15years post-graduation consolidated experience in a well established radio/television broadcasting station
    • Must be a very good administrator, who has finesse for marketing of the station.
    • Must have hands-on experience in the same position
    • Must be able to set appropriate expectations and exceed them.
    • Must be a radio content developer who is also a fine radio presenter.
    • Must be 40years old and above.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Responsible for the overall station programming & production.
    • Responsible for generating original ideas, and to think creatively about how to communicate them.
    • Knowledge of the industry market, different radio stations and programme styles and audience demographics.
    • Responsible for creating good programme contents for the station for revenue generation.
    • Must take a lead role in sourcing lucrative sponsorship deals for station programmes and maintaining such sponsorship.
    • Ensuring proper and careful usage of broadcast equipment and studio facilities with scheduled maintenance.
    • Ensure that all programmes are vetted to comply with NBC rules and regulations to achieve zero infraction/penalty.
    • Lead a team of high-flying Radio People to achieve top-level ratings in the radio market..

    Head, Marketing

    QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES

    • A first degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related discipline from a reputable Institution.
    • MBA would be an added advantage.
    • Working Experience in a Media Agency would also be an added advantage.
    • Ideal candidates must have minimum of 10 years post graduation experience in a
    • Radio/Television station or Media Agencies.
    • Must have good relationship with major Media Agencies in Lagos and also possesses great skill in direct marketing i.e cash businesses.
    • Competent in writing of proposals.
    • Must be a registered member of APCON
    • A pleasant personality, a good team player, excellent communication skills with good knowledge of radio broadcasting business environment.
    • Must not be less than 35 years old.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Responsible for defining and proposing marketing strategies and tactics to ensure sales targets are met and surpassed.

    Media & Marketing Research Manager

    QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES

    • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or any Social Sciences from a reputable institution
    • MBA would be an added advantage.
    • Must have cognate experience of the job.
    • Minimum of 8 years post-graduation consolidated experience in a well established radio/television broadcasting station or Media Agency.
    • Must not be less than 27years old.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Designing qualitative and quantitative research plans for the Media House in all relevant departments
    • Analyse monthly diaries for the Radio Station by providing a valuable report, show analysis and comparative analysis.
    • Organize regular meeting with Presenters to determine strength and weakness as well as area of improvement.
    • Designing research questionnaires and moderator guides for internal and external
    • research.
    • Recommend from time to time strategies to increase show ratings and the station Work collaboratively with marketing teams to understand research needs and then
    • identify and manage appropriate clients and agencies to meet those needs.
    • Synthesize and analyze secondary data, market information and competitive intelligence to provide actionable insights and business trend information.
    • Present market data to marketing teams and Presenters on a monthly basis
