    Personal Assistant to the CEO

    Details:

    General responsibilities include:

    • Answering calls and responding to emails.
    • Coordinating and supporting my schedule
    • Assisting with all projects.
    • Managing all other employees, assign daily tasks and make sure all daily targets are met by each employee.
    • Writing and Uploading contents on the Website and Social Media Platforms.
    • Provide professional office administration and management support to all office activities.
    • Establish and manage communication with me, clients and staff.
    • Assist to recruit, train and induct new staff for organization.
    • Manage and monitor office functionaries such as personnel files, payroll, accounts payable.
    • Monitor and prepare detailed monthly reports on staff attendance and performance.
    • Monitor and perform employee performance appraisals, and take disciplinary actions when required.
    • Administer and compile weekly and monthly performance data and statistical reports.
    • Maintain all office equipment, files and records for effective functioning of office.
    • Attend meetings and events.
