Job description
Proficiency in the use of Revit MEP software 2013/2014 for Mechanical/Plumbing or Electrical Designs, Modeling and Construction Documentation.
Mechanical
Prepare/design Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) and/or Piping Systems and Specifications.
Ability to prepare HVAC and/or Piping Construction Drawings.
Knowledge of ASHRAE and other standards is an added advantage..
Electrical
Prepare/design Electrical building services engineering systems – Power, Lighting, Low voltage, etc Systems and Specification.
Knowledge of PHCN and IEE Standards
Experience and/or exposure to Data/Voice, UPS System, Security, CCTV and Access Control system is an advantage.
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor of Science Degree/Equivalent Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Five (5) years valid experience in MEP Building Services Consulting Engineering. Proficiency in English Language and good communication skills
