    Service Center Engineer

    Description

    • The service centre Technician role is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing, replacing or upgrading electronics.
    • The individual in this position is responsible for a variety of duties designed to insure the customer’s expectations are met and exceeded with the utmost level of professionalism.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
    • Tie workflow to schedule
    • Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
    • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
    • Produce timely and detailed service reports
    • Document processes
    • Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
    • Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
    • Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
    • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
    • Build positive relationships with customers
    • Repair and/or assembly of Measurement Instruments including pressure, temperature, level, DP flow and Wireless transmitters.
    • Adherence to all safety, quality, company rules and regulations.
    • Responsible for personal safety and those around him/her.
    • Documentation of repair/ testing/ assembly activities to include cause of failure, actions taken, parts used, and labor hours, etc. Final inspection including completion of inspection reports.

    Requirements

    • HND/OND in Electronic Engineering or a Trade Test Certificate
    • 2-4 years work experience
    • Good knowledge of repairs/installation /maintenance of ACs, washing machine, fridges/refrigerators, water dispensers, gas cookers, etc.
    • Good communication skills
    • Sex: Male
    • Age: 25-35 years

    Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

    • Knowledge of analyzing, evaluating, diagnosing, and resolving equipment and process related problems is strongly preferred.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer relation skills are required.
    • Excellent computer skills to include Windows and the Microsoft Office Suite is required.

    Work Environment / Conditions:

    • Ability to work in all climates.

    Spare Part Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Handling SPL stock keeping in WMS.
    • Maintaining Staff Roster On Weekly Basis.
    • Planning & Handling in Inbound & Outbound operation
    • Service Centre Dispatches Through Courier With Complete Documents (Inter & Outer State).
    • Maintaining Stock report on weekly basis.
    • Maintaining MIS report & record keeping on daily basis.
    • Maintaining Back order, Cancel Order Reports.
    • Stock Count Monthly basis.
    • Arranging stock from Inter Service Centre (STN) as per need.
    • All process done in SAP.
    • All the reports works done in Excel.
    • Adherence in defective inbound stock record with proper label & document.
    • Part labelling & Stacking of all material for inbound & outbound.
    • Proper tracking of all inbound and out bound activity (Local & Import)
    • Coordination with Head Office for part requisition, part support, Errors, Part identification,
    • Defective part RTN to vendor. Etc

    Requirements

    • Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with customers and to exceed their expectations
    • Ability to maintain proper parts inventory levels, to do proper posting, and to measure true turns
    • Ability to utilize computers and computer capabilities for inventory, recordkeeping, Orion softwares, parts information, etc.
    • Knowledge of automotive systems in general
    • Ability to develop and follow action plans to ensure customer enthusiasm and Parts Department profitability
    • Ability to establish and control inventory system
    • Knowledge of and ability to interpret inventory reports
    • Knowledge of parts pricing procedures
    • Knowledge of new models, based on technical service bulletins and surveys

    Female Accountant

    Locations: Lagos, Onitsha-Anambra and Uyo- Akwa Ibom

    Responsibilities

    • Update internal databases (CRM) with account details
    • Handle accounts payable and receivable
    • Maintain records of business costs, such as labor and material
    • Check invoices for inaccuracies
    • Perform back-office sales tasks to support Account Executives as needed
    • Create reports on sales and marketing campaigns
    • Maintain digital and physical records of invoices and contracts
    • Address payment issues

    Requirements
