    Project Manager (Mechanical Engineer)

    Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities

    • Lead the Asset Maintenance team and manage interface with other units
    • Provide support and leadership to Service Line and Operations with sales/ detailed quotations/ planning and execution of projects.
    • Efficiently execute projects and safely achieve schedule, cost, quality targets ensuring 100% adherence to technical policies and procedures. Implement overall project strategies and objectives to deliver the interest of stakeholders.
    • Participate in relevant bid meetings to establish product/ quality compliance relevant to the successful completion of a contract and ensure cost/ profit margins and schedule are achievable.
    • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with clients, partners, suppliers and staff.
    • Ensure that the products and services provided by global partners benefit from the project management process.
    • Use professional judgment to ensure that partners’ products and services are safe, effective, competitive and meet all necessary regulatory and legislative requirements.
    • Manage time within agreed project delivery schedules ensuring efficient utilization of all required personnel and equipment in collaboration with workforce operations and equipment group.
    • Ensure that the performance of internal service providers and third parties meet the expected project schedules, budgets, quality and safety standards.
    • Manage day-to-day project activities including management of partner and shareholder relationships to ensure requirements and aspirations are fully met.
    • Manage cost reporting and ensure that cost leadership plans and targets are continuously updated and implemented during project implementation.
    • Evaluate local work elements and develop execution strategy for the project activities including management of interface with partners and the National Oil Company
    • Maintain close contact with partners for cross learning.
    • Close out projects effectively, ensuring payments are received by all stakeholders including partners and complete customer/ client satisfaction surveys and lessons learned meetings and prepare the project final report.
    • Actively promote the organizations’ core values.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Five or more years of cognate experience in Mechanical Engineering (since graduation from a recognized university).
    • Project Management experience and ideally a formal qualification with demonstrable competence is a necessity
    • Minimum of three years cognate experience in the Oil and Gas sector is a necessity.
    • Master's certification in Mechanical Engineering or closely related discipline is an added advantage
    • Knowledge and certification in PRINCE2 and other relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage
    • Excellent management skills with acute financial awareness
    • Excellent communication skills with internal/ external stakeholders at all levels.
    • Understanding of the technical issues and business risks associated with similar business in the region especially Nigeria
    • Ability to work within a multidiscipline and multinational team, and demonstrate good team working skills
    • Capable of rigorously implementing and enforcing global standards, procedures and guidelines in engineering work processes
    • Quick thinking, dynamic and persistent to achieve results
    • Ability to identify and to respond to clients/ partners’ requirements in a diplomatic manner.
    • Familiarity with approval and assurance processes of IOCs, NOCs.
    • Passionate about Safety, driving safety performance in the project execution
    • Self-motivated, decisive and committed.
    • Good knowledge of the markets, competitors, products and services.
    • Good working knowledge of computer systems, programmes and Microsoft packages

    Account Manager

    Job Description/Responsibilities

    • Coordinate inputs into preparation of the annual (and multi-year) budgets, schedule expenditures, analyze variances; initiating corrective actions; manage the approved budget
    • Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed Analyze monthly/ quarterly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) and consistently report analyses as appropriate
    • Regularly provide insights on the financial health of the organizations
    • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-today basis
    • Monitor, analyze data for continuous improvement, donor responses/ engagement, marketing, etc.
    • Guide the businesses to meet statutory and compliance obligations, including statutory accounting and tax issues. Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures and regulations
    • Monitor and track of market trends
    • Manage continuous improvement initiatives and propose cost-reduction opportunities.
    • Manage external financial services providers such as auditors, etc.
    • Liaise with parties to prepare year-end books for audit
    • Manage petty cash, process employee reimbursements; maintain financial security by establishing appropriate internal controls § Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts as assigned
    • Process payroll and report payroll taxes for the organization
    • Maintain accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures.
    • Effectively manage the service contracts to the satisfaction of all parties. Seek opportunities to further reduce burden of operational costs, where feasible
    • Classify and index records including archiving and data protection as appropriate.
    • Actively promote the organizations’ core values

    Qualifications and Required Experience

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or HND in Finance, Accounting or related field from a recognized institution
    • Candidates should have at least three years experience. An understanding of nonprofit accounting will be an advantage
    • Candidates must not be above 32 years of age as at 2019.
    • Expertise in Excel and accounting software (such as QuickBooks or equivalent) and superb attention to detail
    • Professional certification in relevant discipline is an added advantage
    • Masters certification in relevant discipline is an added advantage
    • Ability to work collaboratively internally and with other organizations for provision of contracted services
    • Strong attention to detail and an investigative nature
    • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize
    • Ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working or external relationships
    • Capacity to make quick but rational decisions
    • Self-motivated, decisive and committed
    • Adaptable.

    Sales & Marketing Manager

    Responsibilities/ Accountabilities

    • Provision of first-rate marketing services adequate to push the sales of housing units (starting from the off-plan stages till completion) to meet agreed targets
    • Act as an intermediary between the organization and clientele including scheduling/ leading appropriate meetings and contacts to boost sales
    • Create opportunities for enquiries using multiple channels along with suitable tracking and follow-up with leads until closing.
    • Engage in superior customer service by making information readily available along with the ability to remain resilient until closure
    • Gain understanding of the benefits of the housing units and effectively communicate these to potential owners including collating of timely responses to inquiries from clients
    • Demonstration of superior management skills through consistent and proactive engagement of new opportunities to meet sales deadlines and keep inventory of finished housing units as low as practically possible.
    • Continuously explore opportunities to grow market share through effective sales and marketing irrespective of the market status
    • Research client base to find new types of customers and develop strategies for successfully closing sales to meet targets.
    • Develop and drive plans for growing and retaining the customer base allowing for 100% retention including innovating through application of sanctioned or realistic warranties, guarantees and discounts.
    • Develop, implement and analyze plans for continuous and successful engagement of new target markets
    • Regularly analyze the competition and update market engagement plans to remain competitive
    • Act as business focal point and adviser for achieving product appeal to target markets
    • Train sales team in the art of selling with demonstrable growth in competence and outcomes
    • Manage sales targets in the business plan and ensure that targets/ quota for any given period are met
    • Propose outdoor sales opportunities annually including setting up booths at trade shows or exhibitions or conferences and fairs, with adequate returns on the investment allowing for superior and gainful demonstration of the benefits of products.
    • Ensure timely progress reporting with good records keeping and performance tracking
    • Participate in lessons learned meetings and collate client’s inputs into the project final report.

    Qualifications And Experience

    • Six or more years of cognate experience in Sales and Marketing (since graduation from a recognized university)
    • Professional certification(s) in relevant field is a necessity
    • Master's certification in relevant field is a necessity
    • Good knowledge of Ms Office Suite and relevant computer programmes is an added advantage
    • Candidates must be mature, adaptive and committed
    • Good knowledge of the real estate market combined with excellent Customer facing and team working skills are required for this role
    • Strong time management and networking skills are required with the ability to balance the needs of clients and Business needs
    • Ability to communicate clearly with all stakeholders across organizational boundaries
    • Excellent communication skills, with fluent spoken and written English
