Job Description

• We need an experienced Sales person who can drive the risk asset of the bank by sourcing for Salary Earners willing and able to access loan facilities.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Winning of new accounts
• Direct sales promotion in markets
• Open other revenue and profitability channels
• Review credit files on behalf of the team
• Have and demonstrate excellent customer relationship.
• Any other duties that maybe assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5years working experience in marketing or related field would be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of various microfinance lending models.
