    Sales Executive (B2B/Corporate)

    Our client is a team of smart and passionate individuals committed to building solutions that play a key role in meeting the growing global demand for Identity Management.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Identify and seize profitable business opportunities.
    • Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
    • Make cold calls and follow up assiduously; utilize events and opportunities for lead generation and building contact; initiate business opportunities with contacts acquired through different means (cold call, networking, social media etc.); have a wide range of network in varying sectors
    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule; coordinate discussions with stakeholders and decision makers; achieve shorter sales closure cycle
    • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships; visit potential customers for new business; follow up to resolve customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
    • Analyze market data and identify market niche for company's business
    • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
    • Other functions as assigned by your line manager

    REQUIREMENTS

    • A Second class upper Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferably Computer science or Computer engineering
    • 5-7 years’ experience
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Self-driven, decisive and dogged
    • Be aware of company's viability and factoring company's viability into pricing and revenue generation
    • Understand technology and market trends and future best practice in cash management solutions to meet business needs
    • Be well versed on industry trend, competition and how they affect company's business
    • Ability to influence market direction within the sector of company's product
    • Ability to speak with confidence about price of product; effort to always increase margin of sales; abreast of negotiation skills and confidence to apply them; apply indirect strategies and trade-offs; ability to sway and influence
    • Understand company’s strengths and weaknesses as compared to competitors; understand industry and market trends affecting the company’s competitiveness.; has a good understanding of competitive products and services within the marketplace

    Application Support Engineer

    Role Summary 

    In this position, you will be responsible for the quality and usability of products. You will serve as the voice of the customer in product development core teams to ensure that the company delivers customer-ready products to the market

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure database security
    • Control access privileges and permissions
    • Capacity planning
    • Conduct frequent database security audits
    • Conduct frequent data accuracy audits to ensure integrity and accuracy of data
    • Coach and mentor team members
    • Develop database disaster recovery, high availability/redundancy plans
    • Ensure frequent backup of databases
    • Setup and maintain database replication on critical databases
    • Monitor database performance and query throughput
    • Conduct database tuning
    • Optimize SQL as required
    • Establish and document processes and procedures for database access, design, performance and redundancy
    • Handle database installation and upgrades
    • Refine and approve database designs
    • Understand all deployed software products, applications and features to Business Customers end to end
    • Manage properly and adequately the primary client on site and handle/manage expectations
    • Reply to customer mission critical issues outside business hours
    • Travel to customer sites for high profile issue resolution
    • Organize and have adequate representations in field visits
    • Provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers
    • Document activities and findings in a case tracking tool
    • Technical troubleshooting, analysis, and diagnosis of product issues
    • Ensure case updates and resolution time frames are in line with service level agreement
    • Delivery of product issue work around or fix
    • Replication of customer issues
    • Development of technical documentations (Tech Notes, Tech Alerts, FAQs, etc)
    • Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar field (extensive work experience may supplement degree)
    • Master's degree or equivalent is a plus
    • 3 - 5 years relevant experience
    • Familiar with at least 1 relational database management system; Oracle or PostgreSQL most used
    • Technical Knowledge / Skills Preferred but not Required
    • Microsoft SQL Server database development tools and languages (SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL)
    • Microsoft SQL Server database administration
    • Microsoft Visual Studio, including VB.Net and/or C#
    • Multiple years of experience as a Techical Support Engineer or related field practicing in support, design, development, and/or integration of process control and IT solutions for manufacturing.
    • Experienced with Windows servers
    • Experienced with Linux servers
    • Excellent SQL skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to prioritise your workload
    • Attention to detail.
    • Ability to think logically
