    HR Manager

     

    Plan, develop and implement strategy for Human Resources management and development including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee communication, succession planning, discipline and regulatory compliance. To lead talent development plan and other HR initiatives to support the rapid growth of business.

    Desired Candidate Profile
        In-depth knowledge of Human Resources policies 
        JIT, Kaizen, Six Sigma knowledge preferred
        African experience preferred
        Able to develop local talent
        Not culturally biased and skillful in handling diversified workforce
        Good use of computer and HRIS and related software’s for the job
        Key Competencies: Planning and organizing, Decision Making, Interpersonal sensitivity, Team building, Stability of Performance, Result Orientation, Versatile in Nature

    Job Description
        Warrant effective delivery of a comprehensive HR service to the businesses
        Oversee compensation and benefits planning and administration
        Development of Performance Management System and its implementation
        Managing talent development including training and retreats and succession planning
        Champion recruitment & selection activities
        Plan/improve on HR policies, procedures and processes and their implementation. Also ensure all policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current employment and related legislation
        Employee Relations managing absence, disciplinary action, grievances, sickness etc. Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement
        Working with managers, coaching them and advising on all people issues
        Other duties assigned from time to time
