School Manager at Resource Intermediaries Limited (RIL)

Our client, a prestigious private school located in Lagos state is seeking to recruit a SCHOOL MANAGER who would be in charge of making policies and procedures and setting educational aims and standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBLITIES

• Handling relations with parents, students and community.
• Drafting and interpreting regulations and dealing with queries and complaints procedures.
• Maintaining high levels of quality assurance, including course evaluation and course approval procedures
• Maintaining high levels of quality assurance, including course evaluation and course approval procedures
• Managing student services such as guidance programs
• Managing budgets and ensuring financial systems are followed
• Overseeing record-keeping

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• *Must have minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Educational Management/Administration.
• Experience in Early Childhood Education.
• Very good command of spoken and written English
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good marketing skills
• Must have managed a school before
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in the Education sector
• Preferably a female
