    IT Technician

    Qualification: Degree in relevant field

    Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ Core Experience in IT.

    Competencies:

    • Understanding of IT principles and ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience.
    • Plan, design, install, program and manage computer hardware and software. Keep computer and networking systems operating securely and effectively
    • Graphic design
    • Assist personnel with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software
    • Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel
    • Provides technical support to the organization's employees and train non-technical workers on the business's information systems
