Senior Drilling Supervisor at EarthStream (Oil & Gas) Nigeria

Job Description:
As the Senior Drilling Supervisor you will undertake the supervision of a Jack Up rig to achieve the safe and efficient delivery of development, exploration and appraisal wells, in water depths between 19ft and 200ft, offshore Nigeria. The operations involve:

• High angle/extended reach drilling
• Casing cementations (long cement columns)
• Drilling depleted reservoirs
• Use of splitter wellhead technology
• Potential for deep leg penetrations (>150ft)
• Third party staff, service and equipment quality
• Complex supply chain and logistics

Candidate requirements:

•     You must have a very strong background with leadership in a complex and sensitive business and operational environment
•     Extensive background in Jack Up operations
•     Any previous experience working offshore in West Africa would be an advantage
•     BOSIET offshore firefighting and survival or equivalent, including HUET.
•     IWCF sub sea well control at supervisory level or equivalent.
