Call Center Attendant at Golborn

Golborn are searching for a smart call center agent to assist the admissions department of our client Eastern Palm University, Ogboko, Imo State

The responsibilities include:

• Work closely with other team members to provide outstanding assistance to our prospective students by answering questions, handing complaints and troubleshooting problems that might arise
• May handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls or both and should seek to provide a positive experience for each caller.
• Building lasting relationships with our prospective students based on trust and reliability.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.

Applicants should have at least a HND and one year work experience.
